The Bitch is Back offers refunds for faulty or damaged goods only. For major faults you may request a replacement or refund, for minor faults we may offer you a replacement or refund. We are not able to offer refunds for change of mind purchases but gladly offer exchanges.
All returns/exchanges are to be made within 14 days of receiving goods.
All items must be in original packaging with all tags attached, unworn and unused.
All returns are to be posted to the below address and must include a completed returns/exchange form which can be found at the bottom of the shipping slip.
The purchaser is responsible for all return postage and handling, with the exception of items that have been reported as damaged/broken. The Bitch is Back will be responsible for the return of these items.
It is highly recommended that the registered post option with tracking is chosen.
The Bitch is Back will not be responsible for any undelivered or missing parcels.

No returns or exchanges for purchases made via the The Bitch is Back website are available in store at The Bitch is Back My Style. All website returns and exchanges are processed through Head Office and may take up to ten days to process during peak times.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or make amendments to any online orders once order is placed.
